​​Mission Paw-looza is our favorite kind of celebration: Wagging tails, happy people, and a whole lot of heart.
​
This community-wide, pet-friendly event brings together animal lovers, Mission Animal Hospital supporters, and their furry companions for a day of fun, connection, and purpose. Guests can enjoy local vendors, activities for pets and people, treats, games, and plenty of opportunities to meet fellow dog (and cat!) lovers.
Most importantly, Mission Paw-looza supports Mission Animal Hospital’s work to ensure pets receive the care they need, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Every laugh, paw shake, and tail wag helps us keep care accessible for the pets who need it most.​​​

Carnival Games & Activities

Mission Paw-looza is free to attend!
Tickets to participate in carnival games and activities are available by preorder ($20 for a sheet of 20 tickets) or on site ($25 for a sheet of 20 tickets)
Dunk Tank: Take aim and make a splash! Step up, throw your best pitch, and see if you can send a lucky volunteer straight into the water. Big laughs, friendly competition, and instant bragging rights guaranteed.
Inflatable Axe Throwing: All the thrill, none of the danger. This oversized inflatable game lets participants test their aim with soft “axes” that stick to the target. It’s safe, silly, and surprisingly competitive.

Inflatable Sports Arena: A high-energy zone for all ages! Whether you’re racing, tossing, or competing head-to-head, this interactive arena brings out your inner athlete and keeps the excitement going.

Radical Run Inflatable Obstacle Course:
Crawl, climb, jump, and sprint your way through this action-packed obstacle course. Perfect for burning off energy and seeing who can conquer the course the fastest.

Canine Walk Around Lake Smetana with Scavenger Hunt: Leash up and explore! Enjoy a scenic walk around Lake Smetana with your pup while completing a fun, pet-friendly scavenger hunt along the way. It’s a relaxed, tail-wagging adventure that celebrates the bond between pets and their people.

Mission Animal Hospital is the only nonprofit animal hospital in the country providing urgent care for pets in need, thanks to donors like you.
​
Unexpected pet illness or injury can be stressful for anyone and their pet. Add to that the burden of not knowing how to pay for care, and it can be traumatic. Here are a few facts:

More than one million families in the United States give up their pet every year.

Each year, 1 in 3 pets will need emergency or urgent care. An emergency veterinary visit can cost $800–$3,500, but complex procedures can easily exceed $10,000 to treat a sick or injured pet!

Cost is one of the primary reasons that families make the heart-wrenching decision to give up their beloved pet.
Your support will help provide critical veterinary care to nearly 7,000 pets and their families this year. With your help, Mission Animal Hospital will be able to provide subsidized care, and make necessary it possible for families to keep their beloved fur family where it belongs -- at home.​​
​​Simply put, because of Mission Animal Hospital families are not forced to surrender their pet or or undergo “economic euthanasia” because they can’t afford the critical veterinary care their pet needs. Each year, we prevent at least 700 pets from being immediately surrendered or unnecessarily euthanized because of veterinary costs. Pets are able to get the care they need and families are able to stay together, keeping the human-pet bond intact.
