Three-Tiered Pricing Program
Every year, one in three pets will need emergency care, but with veterinary costs increasing on average 60% in the past 10 years, many families can't afford it. In Minnesota, the lack of affordable veterinary urgent care forces pet owners to make heartbreaking decisions.

As a nonprofit veterinary hospital, our mission has always been to make high-quality veterinary care accessible to families—regardless of financial circumstances. Our donor-subsidized three-tier pricing model based on household income level is designed to better support families with different financial needs. More than 86% of families who rely on Mission qualify for donor-subsidized pricing, creating hope for families who have nowhere else to turn.

Our Mission Program provides families with household incomes less than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) with the largest subsidies possible based on donations. Our Community Program serves families with household incomes up to 80% of AMI and provides a subsidy to make are more accessible.
