Dr. Katy graduated from the University of Illinois with her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She then completed a one-year small animal rotating internship followed by a one-year internship in veterinary ophthalmology. Since then, she has been in general practice and joined the Mission Animal Hospital team in April of 2021. Dr. Katy loves ophthalmology, but has interests in internal medicine, preventative medicine, and pain management in pets. In her spare time, Dr. Katy enjoys baking, reading, gardening, and spending time outside with her dog Frankie.
