Dr. Charlotte

Veterinarian

Dr. Charlotte graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and then received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 2002. After graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Charlotte completed a year-long internship at a specialty and emergency hospital in Michigan and then worked for many years as an emergency veterinarian in the Twin Cities. Dr Charlotte also worked at a veterinary poison control center for many years and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology in 2017 and Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Toxicology in 2021.

Dr Charlotte enjoys the daily variety of veterinary medicine but has a special interest in toxicology, emergency medicine, and internal medicine. She is proud to have joined the hardworking and compassionate team at Mission Animal Hospital and to be able to provide high quality health care to everyone. When not at work, Dr. Charlotte enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family. She has two cats, Asti and Hanklin, and a high energy Aussie-coonhound mix named Finny.
